How Can I Help?

Become a Corporate Sponsor

At CMHA Lambton, we value our community partnerships – and rely on them.  Although our core clinical services are funded through the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, our Preventive Education Program (PEP) receives no government funding whatsoever.  Instead, PEP relies heavily on the generous support of the United Way, personal and corporate donations, and fundraising efforts - such as our Gala Art Auction - held throughout each year.  Every donation we receive helps to endorse our commitment to continue to provide quality mental health services in our community.

We would sincerely appreciate your support, and respectfully request that you consider becoming a Corporate Sponsor of CMHA Lambton in the coming year.  We have sponsorship opportunities for a number of planned events should you wish to pledge a monetary donation, or gift in-kind.

Alternatively, we continue to seek corporate donations for our Capital Campaign, as we look forward to the day we can begin construction on a new facility that will adequately meet the needs of the individuals we serve.

We are certain that you will find our organization well suited to your business’ charitable objectives.  Depending on the amount of the gift, and your wishes, we have a number of options for recognition.  They include:

  • Recognition Certificates and Plaques
  • Print Ad Recognition (i.e. “Community in Action” Ads in the Sarnia Observer)
  • Title Sponsorship of Events (along with print and radio advertising including your company’s name)
  • Recognition in our Newsletter, “Mental Health Matters”
  • Opportunities for Title Designation (ex. “The John Smith Library” at our future location)

You will also receive a charitable tax receipt for the total amount of your donation (or “fair market value” for gifts in-kind).

For further information, or to make CMHA Lambton your Charity of Choice in the coming year, please contact Jennifer Miller in Corporate and Community Relations at 519-337-5411, ext. 231, or by email at jennifer@cmha.sarnia.net
