Our Board of Directors Charles Fisher (President) Charles has worked for the past 4 years in the Finance Department at the County of Lambton. Currently, he performs the duties of Revenue Development Officer and Finance Coordinator, Infrastructure & Development Services Division. Charles is a Certified General Accountant and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Lambton College. He is the Vice Chair of the Sarnia Lambton Chapter of Certified General Accountants of Ontario. “Mental illness and mental health issues are prevalent in society and I believe organizations such as CMHA Lambton are the experts on addressing issues and providing supports to those individuals and families affected. I am proud to be part of the volunteer/staff team at CMHA Lambton, which works everyday to improve the lives of the residents in Sarnia Lambton.”
