We are a Peer Support, Social Recreational Centre for all Mental Health Survivors, regardless of diagnosis.  You must have reached the age of 16 to use our Center.

We are open Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m., and we have a variety of things to do.  We keep a safe, supportive, friendly, Drop In Center where our Members can meet and enjoy each other's company.

If you would like to have a tour of the Centre just call us,  we would be glad to show you around.  If you are nervous about your first visit bring a friend!
