Our Board of Directors Paul Black Paul was raised in Sarnia and has lived in rural Lambton County for over 30 years. He and his wife, Rose, have raised their children in the Lambton Community and believe it to be a wonderful area to live, work and enjoy. Paul has had an interest in Mental Health and Addictions for as far back as he can recall, and came to realize the scope of the many issues involved through his 34 years as a police officer, and participation in various community committees. Paul joined the CMHA Lambton Board in June of 2004 and was recently invited to participate for a second 3 year term.
