If you (or someone you care about) are 16 years of age or older and coping with a mental illness, or if you are experiencing symptoms that may indicate a mental illness, we’re here to help!   

CMHA Lambton employs only highly skilled mental health professionals, and is committed to using the most current research and identified best practices available.  We work hard to ensure that our services reflect the best possible care for our clients, and the community we serve.
