Susan Weatherston

Susan Weatherston is Coordinator of Training and Development at the County of Lambton where she designs, coordinates and delivers professional development training for staff. Susan appreciates thoroughly the opportunities that CMHA Lambton has generated to bring the mental health educational programs offered into the workplace, creating a more supportive work environment for all employees.

Susan has a background in Human Resources and Community Development. She has her CHRP professional Human Resources designation, as well as a Masters Degree in International Community Development and has worked as human rights officer, consultant, teacher, and human resources manager. She has worked in International development programs, and on employment equity projects. Through all of these endeavors her goal has always been to break down barriers to ensure that all people can fully contribute to the world around them, celebrating in the differences that create a vital and vibrant world.

Susan joined the CMHA Lambton Board in September 2008.
