Who We’re Governed By

CMHA, locally, operates under the direction of a Board of Directors. The board is made up of consumer and family representatives and high profile members of the community. Board members are volunteers who must be nominated and elected into service by CMHA's members. Any one who is interested in CMHA and mental health services can become a member of CMHA. Members assist to support the direction of the organization. The Chief Executive Officer is directly accountable to the board.
